Day 2

I calculated that I have about 101 days before I leave for Costa Rica, so I'm keeping track of each and every day in my workout journal. I found this 4 days/week, 5x5 strength training program, so I'm going to do this for the first 30 days before maybe switching to a more intense program. On my days off from the weight training I'm scheduled to do some quick jogging.

Yesterday's achievements:
Day 1: 5 sets of 5 reps/exercise
45lbs chest press
45lbs seated row
bicep curl w/ 6 lbs dumbells
20lbs tricep pulldown

cardio: 40 minutes elliptical (528 cals burned)
